Hello everyone! Happy Pride month. My name is Jen, my pronouns are She/They, I am the new program manager at Small Change Big Change.
Your grandmothers have fought hard for what we have, but we are still a long way from real equity. It is important to know the difference between equity and equality, and to understand that gender equity and inclusivity is complex.
We saw shy children blossom into confident performers, and we watched as young people grappled with complex cultural themes in a safe and supportive environment.
A big thank you to Aussie Broadband’s customers who have now fundraised more than $500,000 through our Small Change Big Change.
